Step 1: Download the Required Form
Begin by downloading the CA Compliance & Acknowledgment Form. This document is mandatory for all retail transactions within the state.
Step 2: Complete and Sign the Form
Read the document in its entirety and check every required acknowledgment box. We require a physical (handwritten) signature and date. Incomplete forms or digitally typed signatures will be rejected.
Step 3: Submit Documents via Email
Email your completed form to support@jemachinetech.us. In the body of the email, clearly list the following for the items you wish to purchase: Product SKU(s), Color(s), and Quantity requested.
Step 4: Identification & Address Verification
Include a clear photo of your valid Government-issued ID in your email. Your shipping address must match the address listed on your ID. If these addresses do not match, we cannot process the order. All ID information is used strictly for compliance verification.
Step 5: Invoice Review & Payment
Our Accounting Department will review your submission. Upon approval, you will receive a digital invoice via email with the total amount, including the shipping cost. All payments must be completed through this secure digital invoice system.
Step 6: Order Fulfillment
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be released to our warehouse for fulfillment. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
