SHIPPING POLICIES
General Shipping Policies:
The estimated processing time for your order will be around 3-5 business days. Please allow any additional time for orders placed during non-business days, including weekends and major holidays. All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. The transit times will vary depending on location. Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska are typically sent via Priority US Postal regardless of what shipping method is shown. Shortly after an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing specific of the order.
Missing Packages:
Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected timeframe and are not able to be located by tracking information (if available). United States Postal Service, and other shipping carriers state to wait at least 5 business days after the expected delivery date to consider any shipments as missing packages. During times of severe weather, heavy mail times, holiday seasons, etc., the time frame should be increased to 10 business days after the expected delivery date. If the package has not been delivered within this time frame, it may be then considered lost/missing.
No Movement Tracking Numbers:
If the tracking number received states there has not been an official acceptance scan by USPS or UPS, please notify us immediately. Please allow JE Machine Tech at least 10 business days to conduct a thorough investigation, which includes communications with the carrier service (or any shipping provider). If the package has not been found and/or delivered within this set time frame, it may be considered lost/missing and a claim will need to be made with the carrier.
JE Machine Tech is not responsible for packages that are marked as shipped and/or delivered within the appropriate time frame that are claimed as missing or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim in this situation.
Please be aware that we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses for orders placed on the website.
International Shipping:
We do NOT ship internationally, and all orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICIES
New Products:
If you purchased directly from jemachinetech.us, and the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and refund you the merchandise price. If you purchased from one of our dealers, please contact that specific dealer to their exact return or exchange policy.
If you purchased directly from jemachinetech.us, and you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept a return within 60-days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another item(s). However, in either case, return shipping cost is the customers’ responsibility. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or the appropriate 30% RESTOCKING FEE is applied to the refund or the exchange amount. If you purchased from one of our dealers, please contact that specific dealer to their exact return or exchange policy.
Defective Products:
If you have an issue with a JE Machine Tech product, regardless of where it was purchased, contact us directly for assistance. The warranty excludes wear and tear, improper handling, neglect, corrosion, unauthorized repairs, modifications, and use of substandard or improper ammunition.
Disclaimer:
All products are tested and inspected before shipping. When an item has been returned, the item will be inspected. If product has been falsely claimed as "damaged", customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee and all shipping cost. If the item was damaged by the consumer, there will be no exchange or refund.
How to Make a Return:
To make a return, please take the following steps:
- BEFORE returning any products, please contact us first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prominently write it on the outside of the package. Packages will not be accepted without an RMA.
- Include a note with your name, shipping address, phone number and email, RMA number, and reason for the return (including, if applicable, information about the firearm, and usage environment for defective returns).
- Wrap the item with quality padding and place in the original packaging or in an appropriate box for shipping. The item must be in original condition for a full refund. If the items that are returned are damaged, without merchant error, we will not accept any return or refund.
- If using the original packaging, remove or cover the original shipping label. Tape the preprinted return shipping label to the outside of the box. Drop package at an official or authorized UPS drop off location if return shipping label is provided.
- All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
